Open new Canvas 800*800
New Layer, flood fill with Paper 7 , Apply mask and resize to your liking, Merge Group,
 center in canvas

Frame- element 93, resize center in canvas
C/P tube resize, place right of canvas
C/P tube resize to your liking, place under left of frame, effects -> photo effects -> black and white opacity 71
Element 85, resize and Place above tube, drop shadow
Element 82, resize and Place on upper right corner of frame, drop shadow
Element 57, resize and Place on left corner of frame, drop shadow
Element 53, resize and Place on right side of frame, duplicate place on left side of frame, drop shadow
Element 38, resize and Place under element 57,drop shadow
Element 25, resize and Place right above frame, drop shadow
Element 21, resize and Place where you would like, drop shadow
Element 2, resize and Place under element 38, drop shadow
Element 79, resize and Place under element 2, drop shadow
